I don't mean to demean old Rye here because he is packed in an awful prettty wrapper that looks like artwork from one of the great master painter's works but he is pretty ho-hum as far as Bell's and other stouts go. A nice rich and muddy flavor that does nothing to separate itself from the standard quality stout. Don't get me wrong, I like it like it, I just don't LOVE it like it. So let's just be friends Rye. No no you can't touch my bulging biceps or my washboard stomach Rye. No Rye we can't have a sleepover. Rye don't make me call the beer police. RYEEEEE!
